In this episode, Nicola takes us through some insights into the benefits of Mindfulness for our well-being. She talks about how mindfulness has become far more accepted and the myths around Multi-tasking! She shares how Mindfulness helps reduce our stress and anxiety and more importantly taps into “why” our brain is wired to be so negative and reactive!
