Sarah Isaacs is a fitness trainer who specializes in perinatal fitness. Sarah's compassionate approach to encouraging women to get strong both during pregnancy and regaining their physical strength after birth is refreshing and motivating. She discusses how fitness should be modified during these times and how having her own children has influenced her work. Additionally, Sarah talks about her recent miscarriage and the physical recovery that it entails - something that's often overlooked and seldom addressed.
