Today’s topic is an inspiring podcast from Trav Bell, the world’s #1 Bucket List Expert. Trav is a motivator, mentor, keynote and TEDx speaker, but more importantly helps people wake up and live their life!

Throughout this podcast Trav talk’s about his journey, originally as a business entrepreneur setting up Australia’s first personal training franchise and growing it to 21 personal training studios Nationally. However, the pressure, the travel commitments, the work expectations, staffing etc. took it’s toll and Trav suffered depression. Trav then transitioned from a 20 year career as a PT (Personal Training) to specialising in PD (Personal Development) and now has the freedom and flexibility he has always desired and has established this through creating The Bucket List Guy.

Trav’s mission is to be the best version of himself and he has done this by creating the bucket list blueprint. Trav now travel’s the world inspiring and helping other people, both personally and professionally create their own bucket list through the acronym “MY BUCKET LIST”.
