This is the first of a series on this topic, examining a family's history, 4 generations deep.
Going through what I've known for a long time about this family, just to share with you here, was still an an eye-opening--and compassionate--experience for me.
If you've struggled with toxic people, whether they be family members or other relationship types, chances are, they have not done the difficult, but very necessary, work of deep-dive, courageously honest examination of themselves nor their familial influences.
Everyone's family has elements (in varying degrees) of generational trauma. Whether or not we educate ourselves on its powerful influences to recognize its potential effects on our lives makes all the difference on whether we become a carrier or a curer.
And victims/survivors of hurt-people-who-hurt-people need to understand this just as much, especially if they want to tap more deeply into The Hero Frequency to do the the work they're meant to do here.
Come take a listen.

THANK YOU for tuning into and turning up THF here and everywhere in your life!
