After quitting his tech job and even spending 3 months travelling around the US, Kellan James has still managed to scale his real estate portfolio to 83 doors in London, Ontario. What is even more amazing is that he has done all this with no partners and his own money in only 7 years. Kellan has been using the principles of BRRing, living frugally, and carefully managing debt to make his real estate investing dreams a reality.
