In this episode of the podcast I sit down and talk with skills and development coach Pavel Barber.

During our conversation we talk about where it all started for him as a hockey player, how he got into the game and why he is still so passionate about it today. We also dive into a few different thoughts and ideas on how to be proactive in your own development as a hockey player, why using video is important and why being a student of the game matters.

We also talk about why having a positive relationship with failure is key to getting you to the next level in whatever skillset you're attempting to master.

And finally we both share a little bit about our struggles with mental health and anxiety and give you guys a few tips on how to deal with the pressures and stress that the game of hockey can bring.
