In this month's Hoedown Lowdown, we're tackling overcoming limiting beliefs. What are limiting beliefs and how can they affect our lives?
We explain all this, and how we can use essential oils, foods, crystals, and positive affirmations to seek out and overcome the mindsets that hold us back from living our best lives. Tune in to learn more!
Essential Oils:
-Increase brainpower, strengthen, mindset, boosts motivation, determination, & resilience (2 drops of each):
- Lemon
- Orange
- Rosemary
- Eucalyptus
Diffuse in the morning or before tackling a project.
-Removing "stuck" feelings that lead to procrastination & hesitation (5 drops of each):
- Grapefruit
- Patchoili
- Cypress
Diffuse or blend into a bottle and inhale 2-3 times/day.
-Connect to your core, tap into your inner passion, gives fire to fuel drive and determination:
- Lavender - 4 drops
- Geranium - 4 drops
- Clary Sage - 2 drops
- Cinnamon - 4 drops
Combine in a roller bottle with a carrier oil and use every morning to get that motivation going!
