What is tapping? When can we use tapping? How does tapping work? Never heard of tapping? Join us for this episode with Dr. C., who gives us everything we need to know about tapping, and even leads us in a tapping meditation!

Dr. Caitlin Homan, aka "Dr. C", is a chiropractor who also practices functional medicine, functional neurology, emotional healing, and allergy elimination methods. She teaches her patients how to heal and care for themselves body, mind, and spirit. By interrupting the cycles of dysfunction and dis-ease created by various stressors, one can shift into a state of healing and restore function.

Passionate about health, living a life you love, and being your authentic self, Dr. C inspires others to take charge of their health. She guides her patients to incorporate effective tools for healing including dietary modifications, nutritional supplementation, stress reduction techniques, releasing trauma, and developing one's intuition.

She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree graduating Cum Laude from Northwestern Health Sciences University College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, Minnesota, and her bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota. She has achieved hundreds of hours of advanced training in clinical nutrition, acupuncture, applied kinesiology, blood chemistry analysis, endocrinology, immunology, neurology, multiple chiropractic techniques, and energy healing modalities.
