Welcome to the Horror Project Podcast. Join hosts Laura and Phil as they review Dawn of the Dead (2004).
This week, we hung out at the mall watching Zack Snyder's twist on a horror favorite. The film's fast pace and immediate plunge into the storyline, complete with speedy Zombies, were highlights for us. We even pondered the idea of a roller-skating Zombie kid and drew parallels between Covid and a Zombie outbreak. Some characters in the movie really got on our nerves with their reckless choices, but we also daydreamed about the carefree fun of living in a mall and starting a new life.
Plus we shall be finding a place on the leaderboard for the movie during our Ranking.
