This is episode 100 of The Intentional Midlife Mom podcast. And I say, let’s celebrate! For this episode I've combed through my coaching texts, lessons, audits, and conversations, and I pulled out the most common things I say to women who are looking to take back control of their lives - to change the course of their lives, and to become the person they want to be . and I’m sharing them here with you.
What I've learned is that life - as a midlife mom who is about to turn 50 (the countdown is on!) is that we have a lot more say-so than we think we do in our quality of life.
These are some of my personal favorites as well - but as far as all the tricks and tools I have as a life coach, these are strategies, mantras, and truths that you are not doing to want to miss.

By the way, I’ve got a brand new Get started guide that will give you various tools to help you take back control of your life, too. Check out the show notes for a link to get that guide free.
Whether you're a mom in her 40s or not, this is an episode where you'll gain insight into your life that you can use to actually create the life you want (& how to deal with some of those unwanted part of life, too).

Get some powerful mantras to inspire, encourage, and life you up when you need as little something intentional to focus on.
We have a beautiful pdf download of the 6 Mantras For Intentional Moms you can keep or print. Request them right HERE.
