It's Friday! Which means it's the day to ask a life coach here on the podcast! Many people know that over the past few years, I've lost more than 40 pounds. A big part of how was based on healthy eating.
My weight fluctuates, but I’m more about how my clothes fit & how I feel anyways. I'll share 7 strategies I use to eat healthy, but we actually won't start there.
I'll actually share about what comes before you even think about what healthy living looks like because if this is missing, eating healthy will likely not be a longterm thing for you.
