What I’m going to share with you here today is something that I share in day 3 of the WNC challenge - and it is straight up life coaching. As a life coach, my job is to help people see and find your truth - and at times the only way to do this is to get bold and blunt. Because sometimes the truth is hard to see - and honestly sometimes the lies are just easier to believe - but it’s when we understand truth that we are able to be intentional in the choices we make.

And even the title of this podcast was bold, right? But my goal with it was to intentionally get your attenion - my mission is to get these truths and others like them out to women, especially mid-life women who are realizing they’re ready for more. Women who are realizing: I’m tired of just accepting things as they are...or I want things in life and I want to figure out how to get those things.

And so I’m glad you’re here - and if there is another woman you know who has been settling in life, well it should be your mission to share this episode with her. Just let her know she can listen to this episode wherever she listens to podcasts.

So, let’s dive into some honest truth, some bold coaching, and what could be the 20 minutes or so that will change your life.
