In this week's episode I am delighted to interview the first man to appear on the podcast, Chris Cirak. Chris introduces us to the idea of being connected to sensations as a form of intuition and how we can move from being in our head to being in our body. We discuss the power of simplicity and how Chris strives to make ancient wisdom accessible through his Be You movement. We discuss mindfulness and meditation and how you can create daily practices to connect you to intuition. He introduces us to Vipassana and we also talk about the practice of gratitude. I hope this episode draws you into a space that allows space for the simplicity of slowing down and feeling joy.
