In episode 8 of The Intuitive Health Podcast, Dr Anthony explains what boundaries are and where you might be missing them or overstepping them with other people.
When we do things we don't want to do or over give to a person, situation or job, we can start to feel resentful, anxious and depleted. This usually means a boundary is needed. Boundaries help protect our time, energy, emotional health and at times, physical safety. Having strong boundaries with yourself can look like making good use of your time, eating and sleeping well, or making decisions around what you consume, be it on social media, watching TV, or something else. In this episode, Dr Anthony explores the different types of boundaries that exist and how you can go about implementing them to have a better relationship with yourself and others.
Dr Anthony Rafferty is a doctor, reiki healer, shaman and intuitive healer based in Dublin, Ireland. Throughout this podcast series, Dr Anthony bridges the gap between science and holistic healing by combining evidence-based Western medicine with nutrition advice, lifestyle guidance and traditional energy practices.
