David Cummings (Twitter, LinkedIn) is a lifelong learner. He launched multiple apps before graduating high school, and founded, grew, and eventually sold a business for more than $100 million dollars. And the key element David points to is something we all have the power to do: continual learning. You’ll be hard-pressed to to grow and realize your full potential by doing what you’ve always done. Success rewards the curious. And if you make the decision to become a lifelong learner, there’s no limit to what you can accomplish.

“My recommendation for other entrepreneurs on that journey would be figuring out how to become a learning machine. Maybe it's reading one book a month, maybe it's going to one conference a quarter, maybe it's reading 50 blog posts a week. Whatever it is, develop a process around continuous learning, and then obviously a bunch of great things come out of that.”
