Romans 12:2 says, "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is,His good, pleasing and perfect will."
This definitely addresses our thinking. Romans 8:6 says, "The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit (Capital "S", aka the Holy Spirit) is life and peace."
There is God empowerment when we begin to think like Him, when we begin to believe and speak the Word of God over our health, fitness and weight loss! God want to help you via the Word and the Holy Spirit to walk in divine health, fitness and your weight to live in this. This is a must hear, over and over and over until it gets deep inside our hearts and renews our minds to think about this very personal and sometimes overwhelming part of our lives. You can do it!
