Renaissance Ranch is giving back to the community. They held two free events in Utah, where families of those affected by addiction could come out and ask questions to a panel of experts.

David Kozlowski is holding an event with Unified Fire Department that will teach parents how to deal with what the youth is going through. It's on March 8th.

#Mentellhealth question comes in from a listener who had an affair about seven years ago. He and his wife worked through it and are still together but whenever an argument comes up, that comes up with it and he just wants to move on.

The way to look at it is that if he is still with his wife having an affair 7 years ago, you are probably doing something right. His work continues to be on being able to be okay whether his wife forgives him or not.

Tell her that you are going to make up for it but you don't need her to forgive you.

A #Mentellhealth question comes in from a listener who is trying to help his son with Asperger's become an independent man.

If it is in his best interest to move out and become an independent person and if he is capable of doing that. Then the father should demonstrate his support. Another thing that the father can do is model for him, take him driving, share your insecurities and struggles and open up a dialogue.

The main thing to help his son is to connect and relate.
