This topic is something I'm also really passionate about as I feel the greatest threat to our health and happiness is loneliness and a lack of connection or community in our lives. In America, for instance, the average number of close friends people reported having was 0... ZERO close friends on ave!? That's a bit messed up and makes me so sad. Cultivating close friendships, enjoying deep connections and engaging in nourishing community vibes is so essential to our wellbeing and mental health, so Jessie and I talk about how to create more of this in our lives and build a community wherever you go.
