Natasha Hanna from Hanna Law Firm visited The Leader Mentality Show and brought a lot of valuable tips for business owners. Natasha told her story of graduating from college, building a successful law firm, giving back to the community, serving on the Board of Trustees at Coastal Carolina University and building a high morale environment at her company.
Natasha entertained us with a lot of great stories and business tips that all leaders can apply.
Here are some of the highlites:
-We talked about the economic impact to the area of Coastal Carolina University
-Natasha has a passion for bringing students to CCU and seeing them succeed
-She always thought she would either be a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader or an Attorney (yes, she's still a Cowboys fan)
-Natasha's mom was a role model that showed determination and pursuit of her goals. She told a funny story about her mom getting back at one of her male coworkers who kept stealing her lunch.
-She tells us to be yourself and be unrelenting about it. Trying to copy another person's style is doomed to fail.
-Natasha believes that a key to a good business is a motivated team and she constantly finds ways to reward staff members
-Be a trailblazer!!
