Rivertown Property Inspections Owner Justin Ferraro joined us to talk about the importance of building your company's values and establishing them throughout the organization. Justin shared how he built his successful company through a Value system that the entire company understands. He talked with us about how the community impact is at the core of what he does. In this episode Justin brought so many great concepts from Team Building Activities to training and mindset. As the first Inspection company to hit 2,200 inspections in one year in the Myrtle Beach area, Justin (and his wife and partner Elizabeth) have shown they know how to build a successful company.

It’s important to not just make your values a Marketing gimmick for the public but rather an internal guide for the entire company to embrace

Integrity - Do the Right Thing even when nobody is looking
Memorable - You need to do things to stand out
Purpose – Whatever you do – make sure to give full effort and never "mail it in"
Appreciate – be appreciative for the good things and opportunities you have (remember others may not have it so good)
Credibility – giving your employees or contractors education gives them credibility to your customers which brings comfort to your clients and overall success to the organization
Team – What you do not only affects yourself, but it affects all of your teammates. Your actions can either improve others’ chances to succeed or to increase chances of failing.
