In this episode I chat with Julie Randall about her experience of losing herself in a series of abusive and controlling relationships until eventually her survival instinct kicked in and she began the long process to extract and rediscover herself. We talk about tuning into gut instinct, and how to support someone who is in an abusive relationship but is unable to leave for whatever reason.

Today Julie coaches business women in the art of juggling life and business, and is an advocate for supporting victims of domestic abuse through her work with Women's Aid and the Employers Initiative for Domestic Abuse. You can find out more about Julie's work and these organisations at
