After a little break for the holidays, Jenna is back and bringing another potent episode to the podcast, with the intention of teaching you a few different ways to get out of your head and into your body.

During the first half of the podcast Jenna will cover four different ways to drop into your body, so get your pen and notepad ready to take notes.
