Happy New Year my Drumsters! I hope you had a great New Year's Eve.

Aren't you excited about having a new beginning? Last year was a train wreck and we've learned so much from it. Hopefully 2021 will get us back up and running like before the Pandemic and we can reclaim our lives.

The other day was #National Sleep In Day and I thought about how sometimes I get hit with insomnia and it's not so easy to sleep at all for that fact. I did some research and you'll be surprised to hear that most folks don't get a good night sleep. Have you ever dealt with not getting a restful night's sleep? Isn't it a train wreck?

I've been dealing with insomnia for decades now. I am listing below some of the products I refer to in this episode that I use to keep me from staying awake all night long. (Please note that if your purchase any of these products, I will receive a small commission).
