Happy Monday! Sam and Emma speak with Dave Weigel, author of the "Americana" newsletter at Semafor, to discuss the groundbreaking news from yesterday that President Biden will be dropping out of the presidential race, and endorsing Vice President Harris. Weigel, Sam, and Emma also discuss reactions from the press and major media players, how Biden’s move will shape down-ballot elections going forward, and why most of the GOP talking points against Harris are winning issues for Democrats.
