Most of us got into entrepreneurship because we wanted more control over our income, impact, opportunities, and most of all— FREEDOM. But to reach the first level of success, IT’S A GRIND. And it’s so easy to keeping going and going in that hamster wheel, forgetting to take advantage of that “time freedom” we all set out to have. When 2020 began, I realized that 2019 was my year of hustle. I grew our team, scaled our income, and our online presence. When this new year began, I made a commitment to myself to work on our internal team structure, systems, and operations...to create a truly scalable business while achieving these dreams that I had in the beginning- including time freedom. A few things that I had to put into place is: - Giving more responsibility to my team, and letting them take leadership of their tasks. - Giving up control and trusting my team with the day to day projects. - Taking weekends off. - BOOKING LITTLE GETAWAYS. ✨
