  1. What is one thing that parents can change that will really impact their kids?
  2. What do you think teens struggle with the most today?
  3. How can we help teenagers?

These are the 3 questions, I ask my guest English Simone.

English Simone™ is a leader of care, a symbol of endurance, and a shoulder of support, who is dedicated to providing a voice to those who would otherwise never be heard. With her natural compassion for people and 10+ years of leadership experience, she has dedicated her life to championing community empowerment and creating equitable opportunities, through youth- centered mental and behavioral health advocacy.

English Simone's journey emphasizes her calling to positively impact individuals and communities. She completed her undergrad studies in Psychology and African American studies, holds her Juris Masters in Health Law & Policy, and is certified in Youth & Adult Mental Health First Aid. As the CEO and Principal Consultant of R & R Total Enterprise, LLC, host of the podcast, "Off the Clock," and a seasoned non-profit executive board member, English Simone uses her in-depth understanding of and ability to connect with diverse people to consult policy makers, executives, and leaders within the non-profit and public health industries to revamp and create programs that cater to mental, behavioral, and social wellness.
