We all want whiter teeth...duh...but there's much more to the story than slapping on some Crest white strips. (Spoiler: I don't recommend these) And in my opinion, oral health in general doesn't get the spotlight that it deserves in the overall wellness conversation. In this episode we are turning on that spotlight and getting into the deeper story of why oral health is so critical!

I (Mimi) am a registered dental hygienist, certified tooth nerd and holistic health enthusiast. Today we share 5 dental health pro tips and answer a bunch of questions you all submitted on instagram.

In this episode:

  • Why you should pay attention to your bleeding gums
  • Which floss and toothpaste to avoid
  • My best recommendations on toothbrush, floss, toothpastes & rinses
  • How to best support your internal "invisible toothbrush"
  • Does having straight teeth matter?
  • Whitening products I do and don't recommend
  • Can you reverse cavities?
  • Are root canals really that bad?
  • and SO MUCH MORE
