What does Valentines Day mean to you? Is it a day to be bitter or celebrate LOVE? While I am not religious per se, I do observe Lent by letting go of something I value as a sacrifice in addition to the self-discipline that is gained from doing so. What do you value that you would consider a sacrifice to give up? Maybe you want to give up something that doesn't serve you like negative self-talk.
