Five years ago, Gabriel faced burnout while managing a demanding kinesiology degree, a martial arts and yoga studio, and recovering from a meniscus tear. Despite his long-time practice of tai chi and meditation, the emotional toll manifested as physical pain. Seeing the pain as a gift, Gabriel embarked on a transformative journey, exploring healing and psycho-spiritual integration. Now, he uses his expertise in coaching, kinesiology, and tai chi/qigong to help others overcome pain and feel overwhelmed, promoting mental, physical, and spiritual balance. In his free time, Gabriel enjoys dancing, trail running, and martial arts while also acknowledging and respecting indigenous territories. Notably, his meniscus has recovered well, allowing him to run a 100km trail race in September.
