This week’s Mental Morsel: Spend a few minutes a day in the sun.
The sun is the best natural source of Vitamin D, the amount of sun we get has a more significant impact on our moods than rain, temperature, or any other environmental factor, and it may even help you sleep better at night. And who doesn’t need an excuse to get up and go outside in the middle of the day?
