Burnout - we hear this word more and more but actually - what is it? How do we know if we’re in burnout? What causes it? And how do we either avoid it or recover from it?

In this episode we’ll share why burnout is at an all time high in western society - and increasing year on year. We’ll draw on our own personal and professional experience - diving into why stress is different to burnout, why it happens on a deeper soul level, the symptoms and what we can do if we realise we’re in burnout to help the recovery process.
