In this episode we talk about self commitment, and why we shouldn't underestimate the power of making or breaking promises to ourself.
Everything we do or don’t do gives us evidence of who we really are. It literally reinforces our self identity in a negative or positive way.
We share why it’s so important to build the muscle of self commitment - in other words doing what we say we’re going to do, because when we start to master this we’ll experience greater freedom, self trust and confidence.
