In this episode of The MindBodyHealth Podcast I share simple tips to boost your immune system. Your immune system is your defence and is what protects you in so many ways. If you want to prevent illness and diseases then you need a strong immune system. If you want to feel energetic, experience optimal brain function, have high energy and want high quality of life then you need a strong immune system. It´s the key foundation to everything. Most modern day lifestyle habits suppress one´s immune system so if you want to improve this you must take personal responsibility for your health and wellbeing as it´s a choice and there are no valid excuses.
