Ms. Allison Hoots is an attorney with Hoots Law Practice PLLC. She is an extraordinary human being with diverse experience practicing law, including employment, corporate, contract, employee benefits, tax, and intellectual property. She advises companies, nonprofits, religious communities, and practitioners on their operations should they involve psychedelics, entheogen, and sacred plant medicines. Her work focuses, to a large degree, on advising churches on the religious use of sacraments.

Allison is also President of Sacred Plant Alliance, Inc., a self-regulating organization and professional society of spiritual practitioners with religious communities dedicated to advancing the ceremonial use of psychedelic sacraments within the United States.

She is a member of Chacruna’s Council for the Protection of Sacred Plants and the lead author of Chacruna's Guide to RFRA and Best Practices for Psychedelic Plant Medicine Churches.

She embodies the spirit of mindfulness in advocating for the right to religious freedom and the responsible use of psychedelic sacraments.

I am honored to have Allison as our guest on The Mindfulness Experience. I am excited to learn more about her experiences and insights at the intersection of law, spirituality, and psychedelic medicine.
