Episode: 3.5.21 “Music Nostalgia”

Topic: Have you randomly remembered a band you listened to years ago? A band or artist you listened to the whole album 100 times. I was driving North to Las Vegas to play wiffle ball in the premierleague.com and was trying to think of what to listen to on Spotify… my memories came back to me in a hurry like I was inserting a cassette in my ‘83 Nissan Sentra Hatchback!

Here are albums I listened to back in the day… that I could sing word for word and mimic every guitar riff and drum solo.

Unwritten Law “Blue Room”
Lagwagon “Trashed”
Garth Brooks “Ropin’ the Wind”
Hillsong United “Zion”
What albums did you listen to that if you played them again… you would know every word and guitar solo?

Who is on your Mount Rushmore of bands and musical artists?
The Slackers, Hillsong United, Chris Stapleton, and Bob Marley

I love vinyl records. I finally added Julie London to my collection. It was a long time coming and had been on my list for a long time. I didn’t want to pay $25 for it. Found a Best of Julie album yesterday at Vegas Vinyl in Las Vegas, NV and paid $4!
