I covered a critical subject in this episode: drafting and presenting offers to brokers or sellers in the real estate market. Applying a sandwich analogy, I dissect the offer presentation process into three main parts. The sandwich's top bun builds credibility, the bottom bun concludes with more justifications for why working with you is advantageous, and the sandwich's meat lays out the terms of the offer.
