Dr Peter Spurrier is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) practitioner, specialising in TEAM-CBT and a Professional Holistic (Well-Being, “Life”, Executive) Coach

In 2011, having been a GP for 30 years, a GP mentor and trainer for 15 years and an appraiser for 10 years, Peter decided to train in CBT and subsequently gained BABCP accreditation and he is an accredited Coach Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
