I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder (type 2) for 5 years…and then realized it was a misdiagnosis. Today I dive into my bipolar misdiagnosis journey, how I finally realized it was a misdiagnosis, how I handled it when it happened, and I also talk about some lessons learned and what you can do if you start to realize that your self-diagnosis might not be correct.
