Today we're being curious about body image and weight loss and neurodivergence and how these things intersect and affect each other!

Note: I'm not speaking from any kind of academic or research-based perspective. This is all just my lived experience and what I am currently going through.

P.S. If this isn't the kind of thing you're super comfortable listening to or if this is going to be triggering for you, I really encourage you to just skip this episode.
