Many people new to real estate think they have to become a wholesaler to get started. Look, I get it. The traditional way of buying rentals or flips takes a ton of cash and feels risky while wholesaling takes very little cash and seems risk free. Many of the real estate gurus and teachers say wholesaling is the best way to get started and it might be for some but it isn't for everyone.

Wholesaling requires a certain set of skills which will be a perfect fit for some and a terrible fit for others. It's like saying every college student who wants to be a teacher should learn how to be a science teacher. Sure, some people would make great science teachers but others have different skillsets and interests and they should find an area in the teaching industry that fits them individually.

You can follow the typical real estate advice and start with wholesaling or you can learn which part of the industry is more appealing to you and your situation and take strategic actions towards your goals. So which path are you going to take? If you want to learn more about alternatives to wholesaling then come hang out with us as we dig deeper!
