Back with another new episode of The Open Heart Collective! Join me & my special guest, Faye Cullen. + EPISODE 031 Faye, a pretty average lass from England. I’ve suffered from an array of mental health issues from PTSD, eating disorders and depression since I was around the age of thirteen and spent many years being incredibly ashamed and secretive about them. I thought I was a complete weirdo because of all the things that I was battling so refused to speak out or mention that i was suffering. Then one day, in desperation to find yet another thing to help me battle my mind, I started an Instagram account. A place where I document my journey, a place that only I fully understand. During this journey, It came to my realization, that i am so much more than mental health despite spending my time raising awareness and shouting about it as loudly as you can on the internet. + This was pre-recorded on October 9th, 2018 + Follow Faye HERE: https://www.instagram.com/freeing.faye/ + Thank you to everyone who continues to support this series, it truly means the world to me. Together we can #breakthestigma & #stopsuicide❤️ --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/the-open-heart-collective/support
