  • Stretch
  • Close your eyes
  • Look out a Window
  • Take 3 Deep Breaths
  • Work out
  • Practice yoga!
  • Meditate - even for just 5 minutes
  • Connect with Nature
  • Eat chocolate!
  • Listen to music!
  • Read a book
  • Take a bath
  • Chew gum
  • Pet your pets!
  • Set your devices to switch to "Night Shift" or night mode in the evenings
  • Stop negative self-talk
  • Don't put unreasonable expectations on yourself
