In this episode I speak with co-founder and COO of Workzones, Pam Tanase, about her personal story, what led to to the creation of Workzones, and about her experience collaborating in the Santa Barbara community over the last ten years. What I love most about speaking with entrepreneurs like Pam who really believe in community, is that you can take their advice and apply it to your own community. You don't even have to live here in Santa Barbara to benefit from this information. This is the ripple effect that comes from community and collaboration. Pam has been providing executive leadership and overseeing all aspects of operations, sales, marketing, and human resources at Workzones for over 11 years. She is passionate about building teams and businesses from the ground up, creating relationships, and fostering an open mindset to what is possible in the community.
