In this episode, we will talk about Future infrastructure that can impact your property purchasing decision.
When looking at a property to purchase, you might have come across agents pitching future plans of a train station being built, a new road network, or even a future shopping centre. It’s a great selling point as the more amenities around the property the better, so it’s an obvious one for them to target.

So what should you be looking at? There are three obvious times you can make your purchase, all with associated risks and costs, so we are going to break them down to give a bit of an understanding around each stage.

  • Buying before the project is completed.
  • Buying During
  • Buying after

Thanks again and catch you next time.
