Mindset is always #1

  • Treat your body like a country. What are the laws of Allie Land?
  • Living at a higher standard
  • Becoming her + weight loss (I am her now, this is how I live now)
  • Have support (my man was/is this for me!)
    • Support can be from your partner, a friend, or someone you don’t actually know in real life
      • Find people online who are walking the walk. Get and stay inspired by engaging with their content and visualizing yourself as this kind of person.
      • Supportive audio like podcasts about health and wellness. You’re shifting your internal environment for real, lasting change.
      • If you’re in BHC get yourself an accountability buddy in the group.
