Meditation has been the most transformative practice I have adopted in recent years.

Farzana began her career in the coaching and motivational field in 1997 under the mentorship of Tony Robbins.

Her early studies were in Psychology and Communications and she is currently a teacher of applied neuroplasticity, hypnotherapy, neuro linguistic programming, coaching and meditation.

She lends her skill set to neuroscientists at UVIC, UBC and John’s Hopkins on mindfulness. Ultimately, Farzana believes in the Constant of Self and that when you know who you truly are and what you want, nothing can stop you.
