Creating an excellent candidate experience during the hiring process can go a long way to helping your company find, hire, and ultimately retain top RevOps talent. In this episode, David and Adam discuss insights and best practices for Optimizing the RevOps Candidate Experience.
The involvement from the hiring team looks a lot like a reverse bell curve. This mean more participation up front, from creating a compelling job description to performing a quality kickoff call with the candidate sourcing team. Then, the hiring team gets a bit of a break while the sourcing team works their magic. Finally, as the process nears completion, the hiring team needs to be fully engage in the interview process to help secure the best possible talent for the role.
