Instead of trying to market in a way that doesn't feel aligned, introverted entrepreneurs need to understand where they get their energy from and adopt marketing strategies that fuel them. Doing so helps avoid burnout.

There are so many ways to market your business

Recognizing that social media is not the end-all-be-all of digital marketing is important. There are many other platforms you can create content for and publish on. Don't limit your thinking. You can grow your business without social media. Marketing is far beyond social media.

One of the first places to start is your email marketing strategy. Email marketing is a fabulous way to grow your community and build trust with your soulmate clients.

SEO is also critical for attracting organic traffic. You can use organic traffic on your website to grow your email list. Simply offer free resources.

Organic traffic is higher quality traffic than social media traffic because people are searching for the solution you offer.

Blogging is a key part of writing content for SEO and driving organic traffic to your website.

In addition, Pinterest is a search engine that allows you to drive traffic back to your blogs and website where you can offer free resources to grow your email list.

Keep in mind that people go to social media to gather information. They go to Google when they recognize their need, know what they want, and are ready to buy.

SEO has more value than social media

What do likes on social media do for you? If you are a business owner, chances are, many of your competitors are on Instagram.

This leads to an increased risk of comparison and imposter syndrome. If you are an introverted entrepreneur, this can result in a downward spiral, procrastination, doubt, overthinking, and even burnout. As introverts, we are in our heads a lot. Avoiding social media isn't about creating content, but about the confusion it creates within our own business and what we want to do.
