In this episode Thad focuses on the future of the car industry in the next 10 years and discusses how that is being incorporated into this years Detroit Auto Show that he is the president of.
As president he was tasked with getting all the board members, who own companies in the car industry themselves, to move in one direction with energy and enthusiasm. It is no small feat to be able to create buy in, compromise where necessary and drive a show forward, especially over recent years with COVID and serious supply chain issues.
From running dealerships in local communities, to running North America's largest car show Thad brings positivity and a drive, to not only lift up an event itself, but also all those involved in it as well.
