Humility can come in many forms. We know humility and the ability to be humble is a good trait to have and in some cases, it’s easy to identify a humble person. But in other situations, humility and humbleness can often be a little tricker to spot.

Today’s episode is all about the character virtue – humility. I discuss why it’s often hard to stay humble and maintain your humility when serving people – especially when those people don’t appreciate what you do. I discuss why, for some people, being right seems to be more important than being humble. I discuss why genuinely humble people don’t actually think of themselves as being a humble person. I also discuss how the Bible says you can cultivate humility, the discipline required to cultivate it, and the importance of considering your uniqueness as a gift from God.

“Humility doesn’t come from a place of weakness. Humility comes from a place of strength and inner security.” - Dr. Matt Hook
